A good weekend without much time on the computer which is a good thing...

1. An afternoon stroll with my favorite 8 year old.

2. A break in the heat and humidity.

3. A lovely date night with my husband.

Day 234

1. A better morning complete with a trip to Starbucks with my husband before work.

2. Watching boys have so much fun in today's karate class.

3. An overdue playdate for MJ with one of her BFFs.

Day 232

A long day with a very tired little girl trying to settle into the routine of pre-k...

1. M having fun with a friend after school.

2. Starting choir for kids.

3. Catching up with my neighbors.

Day 232

1. First day of preschool - so many sweet little ones.

2. Playdates - 5 kids played well for an hour this afternoon.

3. Healthy kids (I hope)

Day 231

1. Successful distribution of almost 700 catalogs for the school wrapping paper sale fundraiser.

2. A good report from the dentist, and I love how clean my teeth feel.

3. A great girls' night out.

Day 228 - 230

1. R getting home from his business trip.

2. MJ's illness only lasting 24 hours, it wasn't fun but at least it was quick.

3. A great neighborhood parents-only party.

4. A great kids party (I was sad that MJ couldn't join us).

5. A Sunday lunch date with my husband.

6. Entourage on Netflix with my husband.

Day 227

1. The children's book Olivia, so very cute to read with MJ at bedtime.

2. Creativity in my children.

3. Shopping at the bookstore for great gifts for R to give the kids when he returns from his business trip.
