- I am happy! I'm also busy, stressed and tired. I have 3 beautiful children (M, C, and MJ) ages 3, 5, and 7 who keep me honest. This is different, here my only purpose is to list at least 3 things each day that made me happy on that specific day. I've read that this can make you a happier person in general. It's a "stop and smell the roses" experiment. I'll try it for a year, and see what happens...
