- I am happy! I'm also busy, stressed and tired. I have 3 beautiful children (M, C, and MJ) ages 3, 5, and 7 who keep me honest. I also have a blog where I share tips, tales, and tidbits as a latte-loving mother of 3 (http://amysdailylatte.blogspot.com/). This is different, here my only purpose is to list at least 3 things each day that made me happy on that specific day. I've read that this can make you a happier person in general. It's a "stop and smell the roses" experiment. I'll try it for a year, and see what happens...

Sweetie -- I'm worried. When the Consignment Sale Committee Meeting makes it into your "happiness blog," I think you may need to expand your horizons (or explain to your Mom why it makes you happy). Any committee meeting sounds like a brief time in hell to me, but maybe that's just ME!
